We started with a simple idea
Internet should just work. No fine print, no throttling at 8pm, no support queue that puts you on hold for forty minutes. We wanted the boring kind of reliability — the kind you stop noticing.
So we laid our own fibre, hired people who actually understand the network, and priced it like we'd want it priced if we were the customer. That's still the whole business plan.
